1. Unwelcoming ambiance and reception. 2. Ridiculously small amount of tea allowed and it was cold! Tea at rest areas in England are better than this event. 3. Mediocre sandwiches and desserts. Felt like they were made two days ago. 4. Lack intimacy, caring, love, and uniqueness.
