"At my breakfast I had hair as if the bread had fallen out, something disgusting that even the desire was gone, apart from the fact that they only changed my combo and they left it there and no one came out until a girl gave it to me because I didn't even know it was mine I told them if I had it, they told me no, I should throw it away but I have photos, it looks disgusting."

"They have a great loyalty app that constantly sends coupons for free drinks or food. their prices are good. the only downside would be that i get the iced coffee and it seems to taste different every time i get it when i order the same amount of sugar and cream every time. sometimes it tastes so terrible i can’t even finish my drink and other times it’s good. conflicting and makes me not want to go here unless i have a coupon from the app."

Either train your employees better or update your menu. Not the first time I've had issues at this whataburger, corporate should really look into this location, they don't know what they're doing"

"Absolutely RUDE. My wife and I went in for my birthday lunch. The hostess told us to sit where ever we would like. The restaurant was fairly empty and my wife doesn't like to sit at tables in the middle of the restaurant, so we chose a booth. The hostess left and came back with menus and informed us that we would have to move tables because only a party of 4 would be allowed the booths. Didn't she just say we could sit where ever we wanted? I asked if they had other booths we could sit in and was told no.
