"They have a great loyalty app that constantly sends coupons for free drinks or food. their prices are good. the only downside would be that i get the iced coffee and it seems to taste different every time i get it when i order the same amount of sugar and cream every time. sometimes it tastes so terrible i can’t even finish my drink and other times it’s good. conflicting and makes me not want to go here unless i have a coupon from the app."

"At my breakfast I had hair as if the bread had fallen out, something disgusting that even the desire was gone, apart from the fact that they only changed my combo and they left it there and no one came out until a girl gave it to me because I didn't even know it was mine I told them if I had it, they told me no, I should throw it away but I have photos, it looks disgusting."

I was a regular customer, but not anymore because today I went to get a coffee and ordered an espresso and a shot of soymilk separate, instead she gave me a caffe latte and she didn’t ask if I want that or not (she assumed I wanted that and that’s a wrong thing to do to customers), I try to get it change and she just repeated what I ordered.
