"It has been a few years since I've visited a Schlotzsky's..and now I don't know why I waited so long to visit more. This restaurant is a newly opened location. Beautiful interior...great lighting...my sandwich was awesome. Being a big sandwich lover, this place doesn't disappoint. The bread is amazing. Will definitely return to try some of there other sandwiches very soon."

"Last week I drove in from Harlingen, just to get a Chicago Deep Dish pizza. I paid $18 for it, but when I opened the box it was a regular med.pizza that I just paid, w tip over $20 for! One of the owners said he'd refund $10 back to my card. if I took that pizza.but wouldn't give me the cash. Or they could make a new one, but I'd have to wait another 30 minutes, but I had to get back to Harlingen. I asked for a full refund and I would come back another time but they wouldn't give me the money back. The owner said he'd credit it $10 to my account that day. I had a bad feeling about it but trusted him to keep his word about crediting my card. After calling them everyday for a week, it seems they've decided to not make good on refunding the difference.and are intentionally cheating me out of $10 bucks. The kid at the register said that the owner made the pizza wrong because he could not see well, and made excuses for him. When I spoke to the wife, she sounded agitated. Her agitation should be with her husband and not the customer who just over paid for THEIR MISTAKE! THEY BOTH SAID THEY'D REFUND THE MONEY THE DAY I TALKED TO THEM AND THEY BOTH LIED.. Something is not right at this place. Get your pizza elsewhere, the owners can't be trusted,"
