Nice reasonable food.. The royal mile can be overpriced and pretty poor quality sometimes, must be because of the volume of tourists. The arcade is a brilliant little find where you have the atmos of the old town with good Scottish food. It's reasonably priced and the portions are huge. The haggis that I had was extremely disappointing. I read some Google reviews and i was expecting much better quality, especially given the price charged. Very salted, the whiskey' sauce that I had to pay extra for was more like gravy. Nothing to do with...a whiskey sauce. Food doesn't seem very fresh and is probably microwaved as both haggis and the tatties were quite dry and rather cold, while the sauce was piping... View all feedback.
