What Lynne A likes about Blackwood Coffee:
Can not fault the coffee or scones... Both excellent. Let down by the unfriendly service and atmosphere. Such a shame..... My mum did not get one please, thank you or acknowledgement! View all feedback.

What Comets01 doesn't like about Blackwood Coffee:
Very disappointing to be confronted with making a tip when there has been no service to warrant whether the service, coffee, food is any good or not. I gave. 10% tip on payment but actually premises were cold as early morning, service was slow, coffee was fine. Lots of Morningside coffee shops don’t make customers uncomfortable at payment.
