This was our second visit to the Best Western Kings Manor Hotel. Lovely clean comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. Kings manor is a very dog friendly hotel. Our border terrier Bolt was made very welcome had access to the the bar breakfast room. Old and tired. The staff were lovely and friendly but the Best Western brand/owners are letting the hotel down. It is in need of a huge renovation and a good clean. There were lots of work men staying (which I don’t mind, but it gives you an idea that it’s a work hotel and not for leisure or a holiday) The carpet in our room was filthy and behind the bathroom door was dusty and full of other peoples body hair.
