What User likes about The Ox:
Went here for a romantic dinner. Lovely rustic surrounding with a warm ambience. Friendly greeting on entrance taking up to our table by a very friendly and attentive waitress. Lovely mix of ages amongst the patrons all looking quite relaxed and comfortable. Our food was...lovely, having whitebait minus squid, haggis meat balls venison pie and vegan pie. What User doesn't like about The Ox:
the experience of eating was absolutely great. great value and quality, but they have kicked out because the table was guaranteed only for hours. the food service was not so fast to eat all in hours and we did not advise before we sat down. it would be a great and much better experience if a worker told us again (even if they say it is in the posting page View all feedback.
