The Chop House offers the best of British beef, butchered and dry-aged in house before being cooked over an open flame charcoal grill. This innovative blend of a classic British steakhouse and cocktail bar is brought to you by the team behind Monteiths Restaurant, Sygn Bar, and The WestRoom. Provenance is key at the Chop House, with only the finest beef sourced from artisan suppliers across Scotland. The meat is butchered on site and dry-aged for up to 90 days for added flavor and tenderness, before being cooked on the charcoal grill to give it a subtle smoky aroma. Pair your meal with selections from our extensive wine list from around the world or enjoy a cocktail from our exceptional list. We are open for lunch and dinner Monday to Friday, and for weekend breakfast, brunch, lunch, and Sunday roast on Saturdays and Sundays.
