This used to be a lovely if not a bit pricey placeHowever it is clear they are trying to cut costs somehow even though they are in a luxury hotel.

"Waited in a half empty restaurant for 40 minutes for a cold hamburger! The fries were nasty and the service was no existent! When the food finally did arrive , we then had to ask for cutlery. Everything was extra and people just left as no one took orders . Poor poor poor"
