Made a takeaway order on their website, was told would be 20-30 minutes. After 40minutes passed I phoned to check progress. Communication was terrible. Couldn't get a sensible answer. Multiple calls later and still unsure why our food hadn't arrived. Eventually the food arrived after 1 hour 15 minutes, unfortunately the food needed to be microwaved as was lukewarm.
