I absolutely LOVE this restaurant. The food here is always in the BEST quality possible, and I wouldn't ask for anything more. It's exactly what your expectations are looking for, and I could eat the food here anytime. The people working are SO generous, and always make sure to satisfy their customers. I love Lotte Bunsik! This was for an online order, where we had to add on one dish For myself, I called, and I was advised to place an additional order, and they would include it all together. When the delivery driver came to pick up the food, the restaurant never included my meal. When I called to find out why everyone on my team, but myself had food, they realize their mistake, but had no interest in fixing it. View all feedback.
Food was amazing, workers were the sweetest. Food was make quick and had plenty of flavor. Would reccomend to anyone. Even had non-spicy options.
