for me his five stars! the one star I have taken out is due to the fact that they have stopped my fav corn chowder soup. we had the French tweebel and the ten veg suppe. each suppe comes with lateral option of chips or french baguette, which is a beautiful combination. chips serve the crunch and the brot makes it whole meal. their other bakery products like their broth are good for taking home. sweetness like biscuit... I love panera, but this place needs to improve the drive-thru maintenance process. if a particular order needs more time and keeps the line, and then they should redirect these cars to a certain waiting area until their orders are finished. keeping all cars in the drive is ridiculous.
