I got stuffed hash browns. Original configuration, done right, with crispy hash browns and good selection of stuffings. Jalapeños were seeded, so lots of flavor but not too much heat. I prefer my biscuits a little more brown, but good and not overworked, so fluffy. I only wish they made their gravy from scratch. The food was pretty good but the service was absolutely terrible. They were busy but it's no excuse. There were three parties who came in after we ordered and were served well before we were. We waited an hour after ordering. No one is in charge and people just run around aimlessly and have long drawn out conversations with certain guests while other people wait.
