Bad customer service. closing off registern while there is a line is simply ridiculous. go to a register and the hired look at the line and then go away to talk to her friend is even worse. Even if panera does not force the right employee behavior, they would think that the employees take at least a little proud of their work, or at least show some social labels and healthy senses. whatever.

Forget it. I was here twice in the last two weeks. I ordered a salate both times. last week I ordered online and they forgot salat dressing. today, when I had ordered, they forgot to include a fork. that would not be so big if I went straight to the house, but I'm in the night class and just have a few minutes to eat before it starts. I won't order from here soon.

Need another option. this disc is always packed. partly because eating is good. but also because there is no other place in the opposite for a decent similiar meal. if there is a corner bakery, la madeleine, etc., there would give them some much needed competition. I often go to get my wife a coffee and/or a few little stuff for the family. there is always a waiting time and often they are from their favorite coffee aroma. the lunch is even more crazy! please someone opens another Similiar place, close to this!

Best sandwich. the sandwich of frontega chicken is a sandwich as we had it everywhere. her chicken noodles suppe is excellent and for cinnamon rolls her is as easy as she find, but still the real thing. and all the brote are of course also top notch.
