I'm a big fan of Chicago-style pizza. lou malnati’s is my cake of choice. the chicago deep dish of the heat was not too similar, but it was all that.
it's been since I was here. we came with the old name (can be former owners), then came back with the new name (can be new owners).
on our last trip to chicago we went to giordanos for deep court and it was. well, really cheesy, but ultimately mediocre pizza. that wasn't it.
