"The taller, slim guy with dark hair treats some customers way better than others. He 's not rude, per se, but it 's a little humiliating to be talked to so abruptly and short, while treating the next person like a princess. Such as: Being greeted as soon as they walk in. Conversation at counter. Thank you so much for coming in! ? Shares laughs, actually hands them drinks and grabs straws and napkins, ? communicates so gently. Then waves farewell so pleasently....While we get whats your order? Whip cream? mumbles and pushes us off. Sets drink on counter, and nonchalantly/quietly calls out number then walks away. ?? I have been there alone, and with family having a good time just smiling..treated the same everytime by him"

"Vegan options are clearly marked and the food was great. We liked the vegan spicy victory – so much that we ordered another round. We also tried the Sesamkale, Bok Choy mushroom dumplings and vegan pancake roll. We will definitely be back for more."

"This place has more variety of vegan doughnuts than I've seen for a while and a nice mix of plain and interesting flavours. We tried a bunch and they were all pretty good although you could tell they were vegan (texture always slightly different? but very fresh and tasty. I really liked the chocolate ones. It's a shame they have dairy milk for coffee and you have to specify if you don't want it. The coffee however was surprisingly good (it's America and good latte art."

"Thank you, thank you Jacob for showing me an amazing experience today. The Lavender Honey and so many other flavors of ice cream makes this place beyond amazing. It makes Cold Stone Creamery look like hot pockets next to a gourmet calzone. So many delicious flavors! Such friendly staff! I almost wanted to pull a heist on the ice cream! It truly is THAT good! "For under $10 you can get a small Firecracker or Godfather and a drink. Don’t let the word “small sandwich” fool you. This should be filling enough for most people. The small is actually the regular/medium sandwich and the small was the mini (before they took the mini away)."
