What User likes about Gilson:
the restaurant on the outside, but with eating that speaks for itself. my opinion after one of the best places for chefam at the north end. what I'm usually not here is the pajeon. it just falls flat for me. the pancake here is softer than crispy, but this texture is a preference. read more.

Tuesday, November 23rd. Showed up 45m before closing time, we were denied service saying we're closed Open sign on, they had about 3 tables where food was just being dropped as we walked in.
