Ordered online, called 40 minutes later to see if as it told me order was still in prep. Told it was done after I was told I ordered online and was picking up…..yes correct. So when I was told it was ready and picked up pizza like warm, not to the standard that Portafino’s has been over the 16 years we have been going there.
