absolutely one of the best meals I had for a long time. husband and I came to celebrate my birthday for brunch and had amazing oysters and steak. They cooked it a perfect medium rare, and we managed to come here at least once a month! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Salt And Iron:
we had a reservation, but we sat on a table closest in the kitchen. my man and I ordered the buttermilk biscuits and a cinnamon roll to begin. the presentation was beautiful and they lubricated in order, but nothing special. the cookies were warm and crisp on the outside, which was wonderful, but cold in the middle, which was strange. Came to Salt and iron for our anniversary and everything about our experience was fantastic. John did an excellent job with suggestions and spacing things out. Very much looking forward to coming back.
Anniversary dinner, excellent dinner, excellent staff, accommodated or request to sit inside due to the very hot weather! great place!
We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s birthday. Our server, Dana, was excellent and gave wonderful suggestions. I had the Filet, my husband had the NY Strip and we split the octopus. Everything was exceptional!
Food took a very long time. It was a very busy Saturday morning and the restaurant seemed understaffed. Eggs on my benedict were looked so lightly, that the white was completely liquid. Waitress and management took care of it quickly and were friendly. Nice atmosphere. Probably would not return for brunch.
Everything we ordered was fabulous- in presentation and flavor. Halibut, prawns with risotto, pork chop. All great. Not an inexpensive evening but food lived up to the hype.
