isn't part of a spicy for a hot dog? I asked the cashier if I could have something relish. she said it was a fee. I thought about paying for the additional fee of the relish, but why do they give them that extra $0.50 I am not trying to be cheap, but it is not moral to pay for the relish for a hot dog.
