"Probably my favorite dine place in Tórshavn. This place has great service, great atmosphere and great drink recommendation. Food is great too! Some dishes are quite impressive. Fresh and tasty. What I don’t like is, we have to share the small portion of food. We were quite confused by how to share as we had even numbers of people."

"The burger is one of the easiest things to do well, but one of the hardest to perfect. HAPS has found the winning formula that has worked before, in other countries, with its sleek, yet rustic aesthetic, and locally sourced ingredients that you could find in any hipster hot-spot in upstate New York or somewhere in Canada. On this visit, I found myself in the unlucky space surrounding Ólavsøka the national holiday of the Faroes, in which HAPS severely limits it 's menu for what I assume is efficiency during this busy holiday. This did not take away from my experience though, as all of their burgers are enjoyable enough to stand on their own, without some of the more exciting side dishes and drinks. The burger that I enjoyed at this visit was genuinely one of my favorite meals I 've had in years. The patty is so deliciously fatty, and compliments the rest of the ingredients perfectly. The burger is so juicy, that it may initially throw the average person off, as it would be hard to just pick up, and start eating. This is however not the intent, as a knife and fork are very prominently placed in the plating, making it clear that this is not your average fast food burger. On an average day, HAPS serves several selections, all having in common the fancy brioche bun. You are given the choice of fries, or an assortment of Carrots and Cucumbers. along with this, there is a large field of Dressings, such as aoli, chili mayo, or ketchup. The only genuine weak spot I know of in the restaurant is the fries. In my opinion, they have too prominent of an oil flavor, and are either too soft or too hard. This is not necessarily an extreme problem though, as there is the option of vegetable sticks. HAPS is by a long shot one of the first places I would recommend visiting if you 're looking for something delicious, easy, but satisfying. Service and food are both outstanding, and absolutely justify the somewhat high prices. 5/5."
