Asked for table for family was told “ kitchen is a huge mess rn so you are going to have to wait a hr wait for your food”. “ if you want to wait?” So I asked how everyone else was eating as there was a good amount of food being served. “ I don’t know” he replied. Friendly staff. Juicy bison burger. Delicious bannock. Definately go back again. Worth the trip to the west end. Wish they had one in the northend.
Great food and amazing service as always! Need to start a Canada wide chain- one of my favorite places when I am in Edmonton.
I was in Edmonton on business. One of the people in the team recommended Homefire Grill. The food and service were great! The steak sandwich yam fries were really well done. They even gave me my steak done rare , the way rare should be. After the days meetings I decided to checkout something else on the menu that caught my eye at lunch. I ordered a steak salad with Saskatoon Berry vinaigrette. Because of CoV it was a takeaway order. I got my order drove to my hotel. I was all ready to sit down and enjoy my dinner and.... you guessed it! It was a wrong order.
Love this place, service is exceptional, food is great and atmosphere is cozy, warm and inviting. My husband and myself try and get a table by the fireplace. I highly recommend Homefire. The 1 thing that they could do is upgrade or renovate the outside. We try to go at least 2 times a month
