Came here while I was recently visiting Edmonton. Little place in a strip mall setting. Nothing fancy in the decor, but the meals were fantastic. I ordered the seafood (shrimp, scallops and squid) with seasonal vegetables. It was absolutely delicious and the test of a truly great chef - the squid was not overdone in the least, it was beautifully tender and delicious. Seasoning was nice. We have always like Pho Anh for its homestyle Vietnamese. Over the past year, however, we have noticed that when Anh is not there, service is very spotty.
