Rosario's has been here as long as I can remember, perhaps 20 +years. It has been remodeled frequently so it looks new on the inside. The menu and clientele have changed over the years. if you attend with a group and the bar knows ahead of time, 2 out of the last 5 times , I did not get my meal within 1 hour or not at all. all the excuses come forth, waitress forgot why as I was polite ? new cook , etc.. . generally food service is slow though one time a new cook had his act together.
