"Well have tried this place before. But actually went in and ate. The food in the steam table was cold. The fresh stuff out of the kitchen was cold. The spring rolls tasted like they had been soaked in oil then put out. The waitress was not interested in all the customers only a couple. Came to our table once. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you want food to be reheated in a microwave."

"Arrived on a Monday at 12:30pm to eat with the family on way back from Jasper. There were three tables filled in the restaurant with two severs on. One was on the computer at front desk when we arrived and after a few minutes said someone would be right with us. Another server came a couple minutes later and then walked away. Finally seated by original server on computer.Slow service as waited for order to be taken. No drink refill. We asked for our pizza to be boxed and for refills. She came back 5 minutes later with our pizza and no drink refills. When asked if she forgot our Refills again she said oh yeah. At this point we just wanted the bill. We waited. Eventually the family left doe the vehicle and I waited at front for the bill. Apparently the debit machine on the counter at the front was broken so she had to go get another one. Finally paid. Called to talk to manager. Told thanks for the call but wanted us to know our server wasn't feeling normal today. I suggested sending her home as the most there was in the restaurant was 3 tables the entire hour we were there.Maybe poor service stems from poor management. We will try Mountain Pizza next time thru."

"Managerial staff should be aware of when customers can hear them berating teen employees for needing to take a drink during a shift. Watching managers go on a power trip because they’re older than a child is nauseating and feels beyond unwelcoming. Manners maketh man: maybe if the managerial staff wasn’t running around trying to make everyone miserable by barking orders and threatening jobs in customer earshot, the rest of the staff wouldn’t seem downright suicidal.btw: extra sauce on a wrap means put it ON the wrap, not give me a packet so I have to open the wrap and put it on myself"
