Chick-fil-a Express - Edwardsville

What Lucas Freeze doesn't like about Chick-fil-a Express:
I've been going here since 2020 and in the last year, they've started saying more and more that the ice cream machine is down, and shakes are unavailable. It's a good Chick-fil-A, but I don't feel like the shake machine has suddenly started repeatedly failing. If this happens again, I'll reduce this to a 2-star or 1-star review. View all feedback.
