They were eager to give us samples and talk to us about the whole process of making their cheeses. Their cave was impressive, we had a great little tour and met their cheese cutter. I'm not afraid to spend money on quality cheese. But the staff was rude and disorganized. The sample they gave 2 of us to taste was smaller than the size of a lima bean. And they insuated we weren't there to buy. Just plain disgusted with the treatment we received over asking for 2 samples.
