Just off Main Street, with tables in and out, the staff all friendly and helpful. The menu Alsacienne, lots of meat, but enough choices for a vegetarian. The landlady recommended a cheaper bottle of wine than the one i had picked, to go with our food choices, and it was so good we bought 3 more to take home (at cellar not restaurant prices) read more.

Whilst staying in Gueberschwir, a neighbouring village we visited Eguisheim and stumbled across Auberge du Rempart. It had a chalkboard advertising the famous Flammkuchen so we decided to eat there.
