"Dear Burggraf team, dear guests, as always with such reviews I would like to anticipate one thing, namely that I usually feel compelled only with very good or very bad experiences to make a kind of assessment. In this case, however, I cannot avoid sharing my experiences. But we're coming to dinner. In the last half of the year I had the opportunity to experience the Burggraf team (both à la carte and various events in action). And what I have experienced is very difficult to put into words. Because not only individual points are clearly mentioned (such as the excellent quality of food, the great service, the wonderful location, ... that for me this ingenious experience, but the composition of such small things that are mixed with the feelings that are being transported. The short version of my review is: brilliant, please feel free to experience yourself. Ideal min. 1x à la Carte and 1x at one of the many events. The long version follows: The ambience: The ambience in the place is (in my opinion is brilliant). Started by as small things as the big (Laguiole?! Knives, beverage carafes, original and well-tuned interiors, etc. Only the structurally high noise level can be somewhat disturbing depending on the load. Staff and Service: I can't say anything here except HERVORRAGEND. The staff was barely nice, very attentive and the _ohne_apparent. This also applies in particular to the head of the house. He always seems beautiful and spreads an ingenious and loose atmosphere. He is always with advice and deed about meat and his preparation and explains everything you need to know about grills and steaks. Food and Beverage: I think it's enough to say that the Burggraf team deserves the name Meatheaven! But I also have to mention that not only the meat is an absolute top class. Also beer, dessert and the supplements are top category. My conclusion: The team of Burggraf Bräu managed what I would not have thought possible. It has banished my two top drivers in the Steak Barbecue category to second place. And DAS wants to say something, because the other two restaurants are also absolute weights in their respective category. That's why I pull my hat in front of the performance delivered there and look forward to my next visit. Greetings, your René"

"Location The restaurant is surrounded by the Bibliser Pfaffenauhalle, the football stadium, next to horse riding facilities and tennis courts. Parking on site is enough. Ambiente It goes over several steps upwards to the entrance door. There we were very kindly greeted and the vaccinations were controlled. Then we were allowed to choose from four tables. We had already reserved and had the torment of choice. We decided to find ourselves in the back of the restaurant. Here we had an overview of the complete restaurant and overlooking the tennis hall. On the tables were gray fabric blankets with red runners and a large tealight glass in the middle. The chairs are made of wood with seat cushion and the parquet floor is kept dark. The four tables are partly divided with planting containers and separating glass. There was a large salad buffet in the room. An additional salad is available at any dish and you can serve at the counter. The restaurant can accommodate about 100 people. In summer there are other places in the covered beer garden. Service The family business consists of at least 3 persons who serve the guests very friendly and accommodating. Food From the map there are beef, pork, poultry, fish, grilled specialities, small dishes starters and two children's plates. All dishes can also be ordered as upper court. We ordered Peperoni grilled with garlic sauce and Tsatsiki 6.00€ . As main dish a fiery shrimp pan with noodles 13.00 € and fish plate mixed with Zander, St-Petersfisch, shrimps and band noodles 16.00 € . We said that between the peperoni and the main food, 20 minutes can happen. We were sure this was not a problem. We ordered two great pilgrims on drinks. There were two wheat beer glasses with vaccinated pilgrims. It should be possible if large drinks are already listed in the card that have appropriate glasses to parat. Even our service came to scrubbing with another order of two new Pils. He had to ask, “Whether the Wheat or Pils.” When the Peperoni came, I was disappointed. I had not expected to bake on one side in the pan and with toast bread. But the peperoni were good in taste. But the Zaziki is a convience product. It was too sweet and made with dried dill – it doesn't need a human. It could be better. The shrimp pan came and we looked at each other. Where are the shrimps s.Image? The solution came only when mixing the noodles. There were many down there. I didn't make a picture of it later because I got my fish plate. My wife was satisfied with her plate, although nothing was to taste the promised fiery. We forget about the two raw slices of carrots on the fish plate as decoration. The Zander wonderful and large, the St. Peter fish butter softly baked and a shrimp skewer that leaves nothing to be desired. The band noodles are beautifully wrapped in butter. That was really funny eating the dish empty. And the warm liqueur at the house rounded off everything. Conclusion We were very satisfied with the main meal, the food cooking and the selection of glasses should be used. The rash in the tennis restaurant was happy."
