An absolutely fascinating glimpse into history! You can easily get a sense of life in the village, the exhibits are great and the buildings themselves are wonderful. We'll worth a visit. Paid to enter, not a bad entrance price. There was only building to go into, with a live museum. The guy in the black house was spraying air freshener around, and wiping tables with air freshener around the air, I don't think they did that back in the day The other house is just a tv with a documentary about black houses, and the rest of the village are rented out, and you can't enter them, so I paid to see the black... Really interesting history of weaving cutting peat and black houses. This is also a youth hostel and might be nice to stay in one of the houses. Excellent small...
