Superstraussi, cozy benches, cheerful guests, very good food, catchy operators, enough parking, .... Even the place is clean and well maintained.

Great ambience, great atmosphere, good food, very good service! The Alsace Flamecake a poem! I can only recommend. Markgräfler cordiality and culture.

"This place is great for both pizza and focaccia sandwiches. Very fresh ingredients, imaginative toppings, and nice people. There are only a couple of tables so I avoid the lunch crunch and many people do take away. This is one of my favorite places for...lunch in Basel. Dinner would be fine, but I usually go to a more sit down place for that."
