We were enthusiastic about the amuse-bouches. Having had large breakfast lunch opted for a la carte choices, having asked the server the size of main course choices she responded regular . Waiting to be served were horrified watching the sous-chef push cream on plates with his finger, lick his finger continue with other plates.
