"Food tastefully top. Staff completely unfriendly. From the wrong ingredients on the pizzas when you call after 45 minutes to ask what went wrong or where the order remains, it says there is a lot going on, and the listener is placed. I'm sorry. Never again will I order!!! Can spend my money somewhere. Unfriendly!!! Too bad that the driver always gets the trouble that nix can. But there is no communication between the staff."

"Wir haben heute im Casa Delicious Spaghetti mit Tomatensauce und Käsekuchen bestellt. Die Kellnerin knallte uns lustlos die lieblos angerichteten Speisen auf den Tisch. Der zu den Nudeln angekündigte Parmesan kam erst auf Nachfrage, die Sahne zum Kuchen war aus der Spraydose. Die Tomatensauce und der Kuchen waren eine Frechheit; totale Billigware. Als ich es wagte, der Bedienung zu sagen, dass das Essen nicht schmeckt, wurde sie frech und schickte ihre Kollegin, diese reagierte dann ebenso unprofessionell. Beschwerdemanagement sieht für mich anders aus. Qualität des Essens mangelhaft. Wir wundern uns über die positiven Bewertungen.Casa Delicious - nie wieder."

"Absolutely not recommended. Delivery took over an hour, food was cold. although the store is 5 minutes away by car. Fries were forgotten but there was a hair in the grilled pepperoni. The baked sheep's cheese for €10 contains an estimated 10 grams of sheep's cheese and the rest is a side dish. Never again!"
