All the meat we got, brisket and jalapeño sausage were great. Sauces were delicious. Sides(potato salad, coleslaw, creamed corn, and banana pudding) all were very sun par. I think my expectations were a little high coming in overall the food was just OK. My ribs were kind of dry. My wife's brisket was very salty. They do have a military discount on Mondays. View all feedback.

Pretty much standard El Paso game plan today. In town for 2 days. Son picks me up at the airport and we head direct to Rudy's. Today was jalapeño sausage and cream corn. Great staff, great food but only 4 stars due to no Shiner.
$65, that's a lot of money for what my wife and I got. My first time at a BBQ place. I found the ribs dry. Brisket was good, although very salty. Salads were institutional at best. Overall disappointed, especially for what we paid in a self-serve restaurant.Food: 2/5
