the sushi is really good, but on the expensive side, even for argentina. the pad thai was nice, but not really a pad thai, just an Asian noodle dish. not only cash, they accept visum. View all feedback.

Sushi was not great and too expensive (I guess it was more or less 1.5k). Pad Thai is not authentic as it lacks taste and costs 1k. The staff is nice.
Good, not great. Sushi was very pricey.

"We were treated fast even though there were few people. The waffle dough is very well made. Pedi of raw ham and cheese, had little of the last but was equally rich and with mayonnaise fixed. The coffee is very good; I asked for a calafate and my friend a capuccino and they were both perfect. I'd be back a thousand times."

"Come prepared with an empty stomach and a camera! You can try the local speciality the grilled lamb, and be prepared that the portions are very big and will not leave you disappointed. It's fingerlicking tasty. The restaurant is located on a hill overlooking the city and a beautiful panorama is visible through the big glass windows, allowing you to gaze at the mountains in the far. Enjoy your feast!"

"This could be an excellent place to relax while having a cup of coffee or lunch (sandwiches, tostados, fruitdrinks con leche) if they would turn the volume of the music down; the restaurant is in a very quiet and relaxing spot in the back of a shopping passage, next to a small (artificial) waterfall. Very relaxing, except for the very loud and energetic music they have on, more fitting a younger audience (employees?) than the mainly aged 45+ visitors that I saw walking around in the passage on my visits. No wonder the cafe and terrace were mainly empty, even while it was a wonderful sunny day. But with more relaxing music, or the music off altogether, this place could be an oasis in the (noisy) centre of El Cafayete. And if you ask, they do turn down the volume."
