"We stopped by here for a quick dinner after a day of hiking. The food was amazing!! It was all home made. The sandwich I had was honestly one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. It was so good that we tried to return another night but unfortunately it was closed!"

"The best coffee shop in El Chalten. They give a lot of love to that place, from the pastry shop, to every little coffee we take all season, we pass through all the tables, from the hammocks to the sillitas in the pasture. The super special coffee, they take care of every detail, and not to mention the attention, thank you. Tuesdays remain closed. So those days don't have coffee. It was our second home from the day we arrived at El Chalten, very good location."

"Looking for a restaurant that had a table available and eating something vegan in El Chaltén, we ran in La Senyera. It looks like a traditional Argentine restaurant, so in a city where we couldn't get vegan pasta, I didn't have much hope. Imagine our surprise that about 1/2 her menu is a variety of healthy and comforting vegetarian dishes, and there are about 5 vegan dishes to choose including salad, falafel, burgers, and hot stews/casroles. For vegetarians, they also had fun Empanada selections. La Senyera is a comfortable, friendly restaurant. It is one of the more affordable places in the city, and the staff are helpful locals. Order the frits, it is a huge bowl :"
