As soon as we arrived, we asked for our pre-booked reservation and the responsible on the reception was so rude and didn't even welcomed us even though we tried to negotiate with him! After nearly half an hour of being on the door they realized that we had a reservation and they gave us a table. The dinner serving was so slow... It took us 3 hours for 3 plates.
