"We asked for four different rations to share and then a second dish.We were served the first two rations correctly and over 30 minutes we were served with another rations and we told them that one was missing, that it was octopus to the Galician and the girl told us that she thought they had already served it and we had eaten it. They obviously saw their error and then they brought the octopus and automatically the second dish, which was a plate-rape, saying textually: I bring it to you already because it is a long time ago. Therefore we ate it half cold.We are from a neighboring town and have gone several times though now for quite some time, and the truth is that the quality of the food is fine but the service has gotten worse and much. I have been told by friends that recently they went to eat and also had problems with the young girl who attended them did not know anything about me. to us also this same young girl, who by the way at the table next to us, opened a bottle of cava and poured half a bottle on the table and on the floor when she opened it. We will return, but if the service continues so, we will not return again."

"We were very excited to try this cute restaurant while staying in Lloret de Mar. We found it randomly on a Tuesday afternoon and were turned away as it was “impossible” to get a table without a reservation. We made a reservation and returned 2 days later for lunch. To say that it did not meet expectations is an understatement. We waited at least 30min before our drinks orders were taken, it was almost 1,5 hours by the time the entrees arrived. With 2 small children all the waiting was just unbearable! The food was not bad, the grilled prawns were really fresh and the lobster and monk- fish stew was tasty, while the risotto was just okay. The kids menu was not great and we received the wrong mains dishes, but after all the waiting the kids just ate it. The experience can be summed up as a lot of waiting and frustration; all the while no one came to talk to us or apologize for getting the wrong meals and long time taken for drinks to arrive after being ordered. Although they did not charge for 2 beverages, I guess as compensation. I have no doubt that this could be was a great restaurant, I think they have become very complacent when it comes to service. For Michelin we expected a lot better."
