Love your noodles and have been since I was a kid. Now that I am older and returned from NYC I wanted to make these myself. NYC has them freshly made in the store. I came back to California and found rice noodles, but it has a preservative sodium benzoate. Would you guys consider an alternative please? View all feedback.
