"I ordered a pick up earlier today and the outcome was truly despicable. We ordered three bowls and were expecting the best, but the bowls were all out of order. Unfortunately i have younger sister who is allergic to seafood, and although we ordered an alternative protein there was still fish found in her bowl. Many of our toppings were missing and the green onions in which we ordered were substituted with white onions. On top of everything we all ordered cucumber salad and did not receive any. The money spent for the amount of inconveniences was not at all worth it."

"I am in Love with this place. The crab wontons with the plum-chili sauce were awesome, the shrimp spring roles were so fresh and delicious with an awesome peanut sauce, I really liked the pho. Can wait to try the specialty of the house. The ambiance of the restaurant is so relaxing."

"I came in today. And I know and understand that it is Christmas so open this day is hard as they get many costumes. But someone working in a fast and stressful environment still doesn't call for what happened to me today. I went through one of the stands and the person of the spokesman was able to understand barley what I ordered so that it looked even though I spoke clearly. They were nice for the first time. As soon as I came home, where the problems arise, they gave me no napkins, sauces, utensils and got my order wrong. I called, they know well, they're busy seeing if they can do something, but man was so terrible. The first answer they quickly told me that our operations were suspended, the second time they answered, they just picked up the phone and said nothing. Finally, 3. Once after a total of 14 calls they answered and the manager was nice and told me to come back so they can fix it. So I did and when I left and told the person what happened and that I just spoke to the manager, I found out they gave me a wrong name and sent someone to help me. Then I'll wait over 30 minutes to get my food back. I even had to call the bell back to remember it. When I did it, where absolutely rude. The person who helps me came with the right order, she ripped me and ran away. Although I have asked, there is everything I can compensate for the inconvenience they have not said or done. At this point, my food was already cold and I was just tired and fed so I just left. That was the worst service ever. I understand that it is stressful to work on a holiday, but it is still not an excuse. You signed up for this job and if you can't do it right, then don't do it at all."

"My boyfriend and I USED to love this place. Yesterday when we went, the worker there named Ryan had the nastiest attitude with us. Didn?t greet us, didn?t ask us what we wanted, didn?t say A WORD TO US while helping us out. Not even at cash out?It?s as if we were being an inconvenience for him to do his one and only EASY job? Did I mention the place was empty as well? Him and the other girl who had the same attitude as his had nothing to do until we came in! As soon as we were got our bowls we weren?t offered any bags to go or nothing. Ryan then proceeds to turn around and talk and laugh with the girl he was working with. So extremely rude. Not to mention the quality of the food has gone down as well as assembly of the bowl. Why work handling peoples food if it makes you so mad? Get another job, Ryan. He made it so easy to not tip. TERRIBLE customer service and will never order from here again."

"Very disappointed with my order. The bread was falling off of my general Taos chicken tenders. My fries were not fresh, took them back to get a new order. They gave overcooked hard fries and gave me less fries then the first batch. My mango habanero wing tasted old and like the sauce was spoiled. I don?t think i will be returning to this location."
