What User likes about Cicis:
Buffett was full of food. The staff were nice. The restaurant was updated and usually clean. The only page was the customers, I guess they get a lot of customer traffic from the shopping centers and some of them are really ghetto. What Destini Kuphal doesn't like about Cicis:
I have not been to cicis on viscount since the pandemic and let me say I should never have returned. The restaurant was absolutely filthy and the plates had stuck on food. The salad had the tongs just thrown in there completely unsanitary.The manager was chilling at the register drinking a Frappuccino talking while his restaurant was a mess.
