What User likes about Dunkin':
Let me start by saying they forgot to give us part of our order and we waited for a good 15 minutes. We started getting upset since other people would get their orders within minutes. My friend was about to go full “karen” on them while she spoke to the manger. The manager was very surprised and apologetic about the situation. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
One hour before the conclusion on 11/4/22 they closed the lobby. Through the ride thru and was welcomed by the manager in service with terrible customer service. They had “no donuts” and were no longer “food items”. I worked with Dunkin’ and I know for a fact that the lobby should not be closed until the end of time, and food is only heated in an oven so that they just warmed up.
