However, the atmosphere was generally pleasant, and managers were attentive. Overall, Great American Steakhouse might be more suitable for social gatherings than intimate dinners, with potential for improvement in service quality.
Nice restaurant. It was surprising. The food was okay. Very fair prices and ambience were unexpectedly very nice.
Horribler visit the service to delay getting food and music pumped into the restaurant. No manager ever seen will not be back
The steak my customer ordered medium was overcooked and my half rack of ribs were lukewarm and dry. The BBQ sauce didn't improve the situation at all.
This is the second time we go to Great America, food was delicious, the waitress was very helpful and friendly.
