Kinley's House Coffee Tea - El Paso

I went to the restaurant and was frustrated that my order was not repeated back to me correctly. When I got to the payment window, I was asked if I needed 6 or 7 items, even though I had ordered 6. Later on, someone came out and asked if I had ordered 6 lattes, but I had actually ordered 6 frappes. I never laughed and even double-checked with my friend when I placed the order. The staff insisted that I had ordered lattes, but then came out to ask me what I had actually ordered. I suggested checking the order at the window, but was told there was nothing wrong with the system and they could not refund me. Disappointed, I decided to go somewhere else for my drinks.

I went to a restaurant on Saturday afternoon to order an iced latte. I had to repeat my order three times at the window. When I finally received my drink, it was completely different from what I had ordered. I asked for it to be corrected, but it still ended up being too sweet. Despite being a simple order for a vanilla latte, the service was disappointing, especially considering the $5 price tag. I usually try to support local businesses, but next time I will have to go somewhere else.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. The young man taking my orders seemed constantly distracted and continuously called me "Jenny" even after I corrected him twice. I couldn't bring myself to tap him on the shoulder, and then he took my payment and told his coworker "no tip, hey buddies" as if they were working for tips instead of providing a pleasant experience. Maybe if they focused on creating a good experience rather than just earning tips, they might actually receive some. I hope the manager reads this and provides more training for these two individuals. I will not be returning to or recommending this place.

Since my new year at utep we come here and there is no better place to get matcha. the crepps are super, both sweet and salty, and the coffee meets only the place for these half-time and final sessions. definitiw one of my favorite coffee spots in el paso.

I love this place, the owner, or maybe the manager was very friendly and I love that they serve coffee in an actual glass coffee cup. It makes the place feel more cozy. The food options is amazing and I love that I have a wide variety of choices for the drinks as well.
