What User likes about Kloud:
Hookahs are decent. Flavors come through, but a little in clouds. But the service was fantastic. Taller Herr was super courtesy and the girl with glasses was very personal and attentive. Great experience with staff View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kloud:
I have never been so embarrassed. I called Kloud Hookah lounge a short while before going, to make sure they were open. Their website stated Kloud was open and closed at midnight. My party and I travel there after speaking to a kloud representative that confirmed Kloud was open and not crowded. A 30 minute ride to the establishment and they are closed. It was not even 9pm.
