My wife and I had lunch at Semonair between flights. Many of the other eateries were fast food places, and we wanted something more relaxed. The menu offered a good range of plates and of tapas, at reasonable prices. We selected tapas of cheese, croquettes, cannelloni (cheese and spinach) and of sardines, wine and beer, followed by coffees. Flying back from Barcelona you may be told to arrive 3 hours before your flight because of enhanced security. Please be aware that although security is busy the real issue is immigration/ passport control and if you are flying to U.K. and other non-Schengen destinations expect to queue for over an hour.
