"Customer experience is horrible, NOT SAFE and over priced. NOT SAFE!! I want to start off with this portion as I believe to be very important. I rented two rooms and the front desk clerk gave us the wrong keys. The key opened our room but come to find out they are assigned to different rooms in the same floor. We noticed later on that the wood marking showed a different room number. When I reported this concern the female owner for this hotel was very arrogant and showed no concern stated “ that happens with all hotel just add the additional lock on the other side when In the room.” No apology, nothing. How about when I step out of the room?? Anyone can easily steal your belongings!! Nothing was done and they refuse to refund me the money. We ended up staying the night and the next day my car was vandalized. I reported the situation again where both owners showed no concern. The female owner is not hard to Prove she has a bad Botox in her face and was more worried about her phone. The husband instead of helping is one of the macho man’s that belittle women. When I tried to explain the situation to the male owner he attempted to raise his hands. I never felt more unsafe than ever staying at a “family hotel”. Please if you have family or plan to visit do NOT COME HERE AND PLACE YOURSELF AT RISK. I have family here and business and anyone that I see will know of this horrible experience. I was looking for places for family to stay during an upcoming family reunion but I can firmly say NOT THIS PLACE” I ended up staying at another local hotel that’s more : Family oriented, Humble, great customer service and most of all YOU FEEL SAFE THERE!! Recommend: DON OLIVIO OR DOŃA CAŃITA"
