"Valle Azul is on the main street leading to the El Tuito town square, so when we walked by, we read the extensive menu posted on the blackboard outside. Everything sounded so good, that we went back for lunch! We sat outside and took in the quiet of this sleepy little town. Our server was fast and friendly, and brought us our beer and frosted mugs in a flash, closely followed by a huge basket of tacos with a variety of home made salsas. They were so good, I had to remind myself to save some room for my fajitas. When the fajitas arrived, they were different from the usual ones you get in a more urban restaurant more like they came from a country kitchen and absolutely yummy! Along with the fajitas were fried potatoes, beans, guacamole, and the panela cheese that El Tuito is famous for. The food was terrific, the bill was ridiculously low, and the experience totally relaxing."
