"Deffiantly wasn't the service and quality of food that Knotty pine is known for tonight. We never got our appetizers (they were going to do it after we got our food), we waited almost an hour for our food, the chicken parmesan had little flavor and the burgers were so over cooked and dried out. They said they were short handed but you can still give great service and food even if you have to wait a bit longer. I am hoping it is a lot better next time. Glad this wasn't our 1st time eating there, because I wouldn't go back."

"Our server was so friendly and accommodating. We (about 12 people) arrived late, but we were made to feel like that wasn't a problem. We were never asked to leave, despite being there after they closed. After we left, we all walked down to the lake to see the most beautiful sunset ever!! The waitress came out with us and took our picture!!!! Great great service!!!"
